I have a success track record in strategic brand development for omni-channel, retail and e-commerce only brands. I have led creative services, in-store customer experience, e-commerce, brand and performance marketing. Ability to drive 360 advertising and omni - channel consumer experiences. I leverage my design expertise married with a strong business acumen. I am passionate about leveraging data, consumer insights and listening. Executional excellence and fiscal responsibility is critical. I connect dots across the consumer journey and deliver successful, impactful marketing and business results.

As a champion for collaborative work environments, I excel at leading teams to perform at their best, develop and mentor colleagues, with many years experience in internship programs, training and building high performing teams. On a personal note, I am Australian born and have lived and worked in the USA for the last 26 years. I love to throw great parties, spend time with my family and friends and my dogs are my heart and soul. I love to work out and my favorites include cycling, running & yoga, I have competed in several mini triathlons. I've been married to the same person for 26 years... yikes! That's dedication. I was a child bride, no, really I was, at least by today's standard.
